Based in the UK (and often working remotely from wherever the Wi-Fi is strong), I’m a Virtual Assistant providing calm, organised support for Coaches, Therapists, and purpose-led businesses.

I help business owners simplify the day-to-day through thoughtful operational support, helping everything run more smoothly behind the scenes so they can focus on their clients, their growth, and the work they truly enjoy.

With a background in administration and Executive Assistance, I bring structure, organisation, and attention to detail into businesses with lots of moving parts. Whether it’s managing inboxes, coordinating client communication, organising workflows, supporting launches, or helping projects move forward, my goal is always the same: to reduce overwhelm and create more ease in the way your business operates.
